Aircraft Enrollment Administrator / Analyst

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Aircraft Enrollment Administrator / Analyst is responsible for engaging Traxxall customers immediately after the receipt of a signed subscription agreement to welcome the new customer, request aircraft maintenance documentation and gather all information required to enroll the aircraft on Traxxall. The Aircraft Enrollment Administrator will ensure aircraft data / reports gathered from customers are filed and made available for the operations team and customer / aircraft information is entered into the various software toolsets as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct welcome call with customers immediately after receipt of signed subscription agreement to gather key information regarding aircraft configuration, aircraft maintenance program and share Traxxall’s aircraft enrollment process;
  • Request aircraft data reports / information and vet same for completeness and usability pursuant to timely, accurate aircraft enrollment;
  • Track receipt / non receipt of required aircraft reports and maintenance documents. Pursue customer if necessary on a weekly basis to ensure receipt of required documents;
  • Liaise with customers waiting for their aircraft to be enrolled on a weekly basis to keep them up to date on aircraft enrollment status;
  • Ensure enrollment data is correct and exception notes (when required) are entered into Salesforce;
  • Create required aircraft and account time keeping projects within TaskRay;
  • Liaise with Traxxall operations personnel as necessary to facilitate accurate and complete aircraft data loads;
  • Continuous monitoring of the processes for any process improvements and notifying the General Manager of Operations of such process improvement opportunities;
  • Additional tasks that may be assigned which are normal and customary for this position.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office along with the ability to quickly learn the Traxxall application
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or five (5) plus years of related aviation experience. Customer service and/or A&P licenses are a plus
  • Applicants must have excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working as part of team – team player

Requisite Skills

  • Experience with aircraft maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of aviation maintenance reports
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Windows.

Preferred Skills

  • Customer support / service experience

Experience

    High-energy individual with 2 – 5 years experience directly related to aircraft maintenance or aircraft record keeping.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and common forms of aircraft maintenance documents and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly self-motivated and extremely detail oriented.
