Reports To: Financial Controller

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the financial controller, the Human Resources Manager will apply generalist experience to provide advice and hands-on support to employees in the US, Canada, and selected international locations. A true generalist, the Human Resources Manager will provide guidance and direction on all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee training programs, payroll, terminations, and HR programs.

DUTIES

  • Provide professional HR expertise on all people-related matters. Support all levels of management to minimize risk on legal and compliance matters, ensuring adherence and interpretation of all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Provide support for the recruitment function. This includes, but is not limited to, research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, and referencing
  • Provide leadership and support to managers and employees in the areas of performance counseling, employee retention, policy interpretation, and implementation, human rights, and employment legislation
  • Develop onboarding training and continued development program for our enrolment analysts’ division
  • Develop, recommend and implement company policies, procedures, and appropriate training in all areas of employment, including employee relations and performance management
  • Assist the financial controller in the payroll process and onboarding new employees on insurance programs
  • Create positive team dynamics throughout the Company by facilitating team-building activities or engaging other resources
  • Travel between our different offices in the US and Canada to meet with management and employees
  • Other duties as required

REQUISITE SKILLS

The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about their work, have a strong desire to contribute to the culture of Traxxall and want to be involved in the growth of a small company. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or another relevant field along with a Human Resources designation
  • Minimum of 5-7 years Human Resources or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the year
  • Ability to perform as a trusted advisor, to lead and be an effective team player with an understanding of how to build partnerships at all levels
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, a genuine interest in expanding your understanding of HR laws wherever our employees are

Responsible for enrolling aircraft into the Traxxall maintenance tracking software solution utilizing various forms of aircraft configuration and maintenance compliance documents. The Aircraft Enrollment Analyst will engage with customer as necessary to ensure clear understanding of maintenance data received and to request additional information as necessary.

DUTIES

  • Enroll aircraft into Traxxall Maintenance Tracking software solution using customer provided reports, aircraft logbooks, and other maintenance documentation
  • Request aircraft data reports/information and vet same for completeness and usability pursuant to timely, accurate aircraft enrollment as necessary
  • Interpret aircraft maintenance documentation for information relevant to accurate enrollment of aircraft on to Traxxall
  • Liaise with customers waiting for their aircraft to be enrolled at beginning of aircraft enrollment to advise of enrollment status
  • Populate Salesforce with information relevant to condition and status of aircraft enrollment
  • Update aircraft and account time-keeping projects within TaskRay
  • Liaise with Traxxall operations personnel as necessary to facilitate accurate and complete aircraft data loads

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads on TRAXXALL’s Maintenance Tracking Service to prospective customers. This position will work report into the Vice President of Sales and will work very closely with the Regional Sales Directors to close business.

TRAXXALL was founded in 2013 and we have experienced tremendous growth in our short history. We currently have approximately 70 employees across the United States and Canada and we are continuing our grow our team and our customer base. We are a very nimble company who go above and beyond to provide a first-class service and team that with our leading-edge software.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • An individual with a background in sales and preferably with an aviation background.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate cold call lists using an industry database.
  • Process, qualify, and communicate with leads from various sources.
  • Make cold calls to potential customers at the direction of the Vice President of Sales or Regional Sales Directors.
  • Assist Regional Sales Directors in setting up meetings and product demonstrations for their upcoming road trips or tradeshows.
  • Coordinate online demonstrations for prospects with the appropriate Regional Sales Director.
  • Identify additional marketing programs with the Marketing Director to generate additional sales.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • General Knowledge of Salesforce.com

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the software development team and interface with the business as the main technical point of contact
  • Enhance and build TRAXXALL software by delivering solutions that meet business requirements for:
    – Quality
    – Security
    – Maintainability
    – Adherence to functional requirements defined by the business
  • Develop high-level technical specifications
