SUMMARY 

The Sales Director, Rotorcraft Europe will be responsible for the end-to-end growth of the European market. From sourcing new customers and channel partners to converting inbound leads of all shapes and sizes; we’re looking for a candidate who will ensure a high conversion rate and outperform your sales targets. For this role, you need to be ambitious, tenacious and well-connected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop our customer base specifically with helicopter operators, repair stations, SAR and police departments located throughout Europe and the UK.
  • Demonstrate our services and solutions with online demonstrations, personal visits and participation at conferences.
  • Maintain a constant relationship with our OEM partners.
  • Prospect for opportunities by phone and personal visits.
  • Take ownership of sales leads, make contact with customers, determine their needs and convert the opportunity to a sale.
  • Manage the sales process from end to end which may take several months of follow-up and perseverance.
  • Manage a regional quota with monthly targets.
  • Must be able to travel freely across all EU countries and the UK by auto, train, and air.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Good working knowledge of helicopter base operations or business aviation operations a must.
  • Strong English skills both written and spoken. Additional languages are a benefit.
  • Experience selling services or products to aircraft operators an advantage.
  • Able to convert sales leads to contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to work from home with at least one week of travel in Europe / UK per month.
  • Currently living in western Europe or the UK.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 years pertinent experience.
  • Good computer knowledge of Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Experience with MROs and AOCs an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Reception Management:
    • receives all incoming calls and screens, refers or responds to telephone inquiries.
    • responsible for the coordination and administration of general business activities in the office.
  • Vendor Management:
    • responsible for the purchase of office supplies and for the planning, purchase, and maintenance of office equipment.
    • coordinate with vendors and services they provide.
  • Office Logistics:
    • develops and organizes office procedures and systems.
    • arranges appointments and greets visitors.
    • handles incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Travel Management: coordinate executive and candidate travel.
  • Jetnet Management:
    • set up alerts for all new aircraft enrolled in Traxxall.
    • set up Jetnet so this person receives the alerts from Jetnet that an aircraft has sold, is listed for sale, or changed management companies they find the appropriate territory and give to the sales manager to source.
  • Tradeshow Management: tradeshow administration & coordination
  • Administrative Management: must have sufficient knowledge of organization’s structure, policies and personnel to make administrative decisions, exercising independent judgment and discretion.
    • may prepare response to routine correspondence for Supervisor’s signature following established procedure.
    • may compile special periodic reports and compose non-routine correspondence.
    • may relieve manager or other organization official of many administrative details.

POSITION TITLE

Training Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Training Specialist is responsible for training new and existing users on the TRAXXALL Maintenance Tracking software solution. The Training Specialist will also engage with the customer as necessary to ensure a clear understanding of TRAXXALL’s service.

DUTIES

  • Proactively schedule and conduct training sessions for all new users of TRAXXALL;
  • Provide existing TRAXXALL customers with support as they call into TRAXXALL;
  • Schedule and conduct monthly deep dive webinars for TRAXXALL customers;
  • Conduct scheduled Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 training sessions for TRAXXALL’s customer base;
  • Create and update customer training material such as TRAXXALL user guides and training videos as necessary;
  • Populate TRAXXALL’s CRM System and TFS (enhancement management software) with information relevant to the outcomes of the training sessions or customer service calls;
  • Travel requirements: Estimated at 5%

REQUIRED EXPERIENCED

  • High-energy individual with 5+ years experience directly related to aircraft maintenance, aircraft record keeping, or customer support within the aviation industry.
  • Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and common forms of aircraft maintenance documents. Additionally, the selected candidate will possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and will be highly self-motivated, very organized, and extremely detail oriented.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the software development team and interface with the business as the main technical point of contact
  • Enhance and build TRAXXALL software by delivering solutions that meet business requirements for:
    – Quality
    – Security
    – Maintainability
    – Adherence to functional requirements defined by the business
  • Develop high-level technical specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers and ensure compliance with coding standards and methodologies
  • Provide project tracking/milestone reporting and management of technical deliverables
  • Identify customer and corporate requirements and translate those needs into technical tasks and objectives for the development team
  • Plan application architecture including structure and features, functionality and user-interface configuration including use cases, data models, information structure, workflow and design
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and current technologies for web and database platforms

EXPERIENCE
