Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is tasked with targeting new customers, prospecting, qualifying, and driving TRAXXALL Services sales within the assigned territory. This position will work report into the President of TRAXXALL Services, Inc.

TRAXXALL was founded in 2013 and we have experienced tremendous growth in our short history. We currently have approximately 80 employees across the United States and Canada as well as 30 overseas at our Philippines office and we are continuing our grow our team and our customer base. We are a very nimble company who go above and beyond to provide First-Class Customer Service and team that with our leading edge software.

OVERVIEW OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• An individual with a background in sales and preferably with an aviation background.
• Self-starter, autonomous work ethic with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude.
• Tech-savvy individual, eager to grasp and adopt new technology.
• A high-functioning, driven and outgoing person able to adapt to any scenario.
• Experience selling services or products to aircraft operators an advantage.
• Able to convert sales leads to contracts.
• Ability to travel within assigned region

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for generating new business within the region
• Develop and/or maintain and improves business relations with all clients and partners
• Demonstrate our services and solutions with online demonstrations, personal visits and participation at conferences.
• Prospect for opportunities by phone and personal visits.
• Take ownership of sales leads, make contact with customers, determine their needs and convert the opportunity to a sale.
• Manage the sales process from end to end which may take several months of follow-up and perseverance.
• Manage a regional quota with monthly targets.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7 years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with and comfortable working in a remote environment
• General Knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Jetnet or Amstat not a requirement but a plus

The Sales Director, Central and Eastern Europe will be responsible for business development in the region. From sourcing new customers to converting inbound leads of all shapes and sizes; we’re looking for a candidate who will ensure a high conversion rate and outperform your sales targets. For this role you need to be ambitious, tenacious and well-connected.

OVERVIEW OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Good working knowledge of both helicopter operations and business aviation operations a must.
  • Strong English and German skills both written and spoken are required.
  • Experience selling services or products to the business aviation industry a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Be able to work from home with an average of 10 days of travel in Europe / UK per month.  Ideally you are currently living on the Continent with an EU passport.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop our customer base specifically with owner / operators, AOC, MRO, CAMO, consultants and management companies operating fixed-wing turbine aircraft and helicopters.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a minimum of 3 years pertinent experience in business aviation.
  • Good computer knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM.
  • Proven track record of sales/negotiations within the business aviation industry.
  • You have business and sales skills, and are able to identify business opportunities, analyze the situation, present our solutions and close the sale.
  • You have a working knowledge of aircraft models, attributes, general specifications and overall knowledge of business aviation in Europe.
  • You are also able to understand aircraft components, basic systems and aircraft maintenance routines.

Responsible for enrolling rotorcraft into the TRAXXALL maintenance tracking software solution utilizing various forms of aircraft configuration and maintenance compliance documents. The Rotorcraft Enrollment Analyst will engage with customer as necessary to ensure clear understanding of maintenance data received and to request additional information as necessary.

DUTIES

  • Enroll aircraft into TRAXXALL Maintenance Tracking software solution using customer provided reports, aircraft logbooks, and other maintenance documentation
  • Request aircraft data reports/information and vet same for completeness and usability pursuant to timely, accurate aircraft enrollment as necessary
  • Interpret aircraft maintenance documentation for information relevant to accurate enrollment of aircraft on to TRAXXALL
  • Liaise with customers waiting for their aircraft to be enrolled at beginning of aircraft enrollment to advise of enrollment status
  • Populate Salesforce with information relevant to condition and status of aircraft enrollment
  • Update aircraft and account time-keeping projects within TaskRay
  • Liaise with TRAXXALL operations personnel as necessary to facilitate accurate and complete aircraft data loads
  • Continuous monitoring of the processes for any process improvements and notifying the General Manager of Operations of such process improvement opportunities
  • Additional tasks that may be assigned which are normal and customary for this position.
