Inside Sales Representative – Denver

REPORTS TO

Vice President of Sales

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads on TRAXXALL’s Maintenance Tracking Service to prospective customers. This position will work report into the Vice President of Sales and will work very closely with the Regional Sales Directors to close business.

TRAXXALL was founded in 2013 and we have experienced tremendous growth in our short history. We currently have approximately 70 employees across the United States and Canada and we are continuing our grow our team and our customer base. We are a very nimble company who go above and beyond to provide a first-class service and team that with our leading-edge software.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • An individual with a background in sales and preferably with an aviation background.
  • Self-starter, autonomous work ethic with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Tech-savvy individual, eager to grasp and adopt new technology.
  • A high-functioning, driven and outgoing person able to adapt to any scenario.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate cold call lists using an industry database.
  • Process, qualify, and communicate with leads from various sources.
  • Make cold calls to potential customers at the direction of the Vice President of Sales or Regional Sales Directors.
  • Assist Regional Sales Directors in setting up meetings and product demonstrations for their upcoming road trips or tradeshows.
  • Coordinate online demonstrations for prospects with the appropriate Regional Sales Director.
  • Identify additional marketing programs with the Marketing Director to generate additional sales.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • General Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Jetnet or Amstat not a requirement but a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build aircraft maintenance programs into the Master Core;
  • Process aircraft maintenance program revisions from various manufacturers;
  • Build and revise airworthiness directives and service bulletin type documents;
  • Build and revise Publication Libraries;
  • Liaise with Traxxall operations personnel as necessary regarding Master Core data/changes;
  • Populate Salesforce with information relevant to condition and status of Master Core projects;
  • Additional tasks that may be assigned which are normal and customary for this position.

REQUISITE SKILLS

  • Experience with aircraft maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of aviation maintenance publications
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Windows.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Aircraft maintenance experience
  • Aircraft records and documentation experience
  • Aircraft maintenance planning experience

EXPERIENCE

Team driven individual with 3 or more years of experience directly related to aircraft maintenance or aircraft record keeping. A&P certificate (or equivalent) are a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the software development team and interface with the business as the main technical point of contact
  • Enhance and build TRAXXALL software by delivering solutions that meet business requirements for:
    – Quality
    – Security
    – Maintainability
    – Adherence to functional requirements defined by the business
  • Develop high-level technical specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers and ensure compliance with coding standards and methodologies
  • Provide project tracking/milestone reporting and management of technical deliverables
  • Identify customer and corporate requirements and translate those needs into technical tasks and objectives for the development team
  • Plan application architecture including structure and features, functionality and user-interface configuration including use cases, data models, information structure, workflow and design
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and current technologies for web and database platforms
  • Oversee and enhance testing and QA processes through improvement and creation of automated test scenarios

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Extensive experience and proven success in project management with an ability to deliver on time and within budgetary expectations
  • Experience with the following technologies preferable:
    – NET platform – C#, ASP.Net
    – Web Services, WebAPI, WCF, JSON
    – Entity Framework, LINQ
