“Our flight department supports our executives who travel worldwide. About 75% of our missions are within North America. Being headquartered in upstate New York means that we are not near a major commercial aviation hub. And, from San Antonio, we fly to Mexico five days a week. For these reasons, operating our own flight department offers significant efficiency and productivity gains for our people,” explains Patrick.
