FRANK NEAL

Maintenance Analyst

On the strength of his 25-years’ experience, Frank Neal was recruited by TRAXXALL in 2016.

“The TRAXXALL team was pretty small when I joined the company. I was immediately impressed by everyone’s background. Our people have turned wrenches, they know OEM maintenance programs and they know how to work with regulatory agencies. In short, we have serious field experience. Our clients benefit from our collective experience because we can answer specific questions on almost any business aircraft model in service.”

Superior Service

“The TRAXXALL team has grown considerably in the past five years. But one thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to customer service. For example, I have a client who operates a Gulfstream GV and a 550. When planning maintenance at a Gulfstream facility, I review the maintenance status of their aircraft. Thanks to my years at Gulfstream, I’m very familiar with the company’s aircraft service changes (ASCs), customer bulletins (CBs) and aircraft maintenance manuals (AMMs). Drawing on my experience, I’m able to spot potential issues and help protect my client from any unwanted surprises.”

Our analysts are experts in their field. Many of the best people in the industry are at TRAXXALL. We can answer complex questions on most business aircraft models in service today because we have that depth of experience…

Continuous Innovation

“TRAXXALL is much more user-friendly than other maintenance tracking systems I’ve used. It also has excellent features, including the inventory management module and the flexibility to generate customized reports. Our product development team is always looking for ways to improve TRAXXALL – enhancements, new features, etc. – they never stop.”

A Focused Career

Born and raised in south New Jersey, Frank Neal attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He earned a degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology and an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license in 1990.

“I was hired by Continental Airlines upon graduation and so I moved back to New Jersey,” explains Frank. He spent five years with Continental in Newark, doing maintenance work on narrow body jets including Boeing 727s, Boeing 737s and MD-80s. During this period, Frank also earned an FCC General Radio Operator license.

Intro To Business Aviation

Frank moved to Denver, Colorado with his wife in 2003 to work for Raytheon/Flight Options as a Mechanic and QA Inspector.

“Flight Options was one of the largest fractional ownership operators in the country. It was my first exposure to business aircraft. With its large and diverse fleet, it gave me the chance to work on aircraft from most major OEMs, including Dassault Falcons, Bombardier Challengers, Gulfstreams, Cessna Citations, Embraers and Hawkers.”

Frank’s focus on maintenance tracking began in 2006 when he joined Avtrak as a Senior Compliance Specialist and became Cessna Citation Crew Chief.

Back East

In 2012, Frank and his family moved to Savannah, Georgia, so he could join Gulfstream as a Maintenance Analyst with CMP – the company’s proprietary maintenance tracking program. Managing the maintenance of more than 90 Gulfstream aircraft – from the legacy Astra to the top-of-the-line G650 – Frank developed relationships with Gulfstream operators worldwide.
